Villamartin Campo de Golf

Villamartin Golf Course has, over the years, become widely known. Opened in 1972 when the Costa Blanca was a holiday destination for the Spanish and only just beginning to develop as a favourite holiday home location for other Europeans. The Course has since been the venue for many professional tournaments including  two European Challenge PGA Tours and the Mediterranean Open Volvo PGA European Tour, held in 1997, that Jose Maria Olazabal won.
